EGR(exhaust gas recirculation) cooler is used to cool off the exhaust gases before they are recirculated back into the combustion process. ZHIFA provides a new robust rebuild process for EGR coolers to avoid the coolant flow being leaked and ensure the cooling effect. Utilizing 304 stainless steel tube, ZHIFA-EGR eliminates the turbulator design used in most OEM EGR coolers. Then, this new stainless steel tube is brazing welded to precise cut plates attached to the cooler housing.
